Best Practice Payable Management

Pengelolaan accounts payable (A/P) sebenarnya tidak kalah pentingnya dibanding pengelolaan account receivable (A/R) karena sama-sama memberi dampak terhadap cashflow secara keseluruhan. Lokakarya ini dimaksudkan untuk mengajak peserta yang ingin mendalami berbagai aspek yang berpengaruh dalam pengelolaan hutang, baik yang bersifat strategis maupun best-practices.

Tujuan Pelatihan

  • Memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensip mengenai Account Payable dan praktek manajemennya
  • Meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam menganalisa dampak account payable terhadap cashflow
  • Membekali peserta dengan ketrampilan “best practice” dalam pengelolaan payables
  • Meningkatkan apresiasi dan tanggung-jawab peserta terhadap peningkatan kinerja dan keberhasilan perusahaan secara umum
  • Memberi kesempatan kepada peserta untuk:
    »    mendapatkan pemecahan masalah yang mungkin dihadapi berkaitan dengan topik bahasan

Siapa yang Menjadi Peserta?

  • Lokakarya ini diselenggarakan untuk staf/officer/manager finance and accounting utamanya yang bertugas menangani secara khusus masalah account payables, beserta mereka yang ingin mendapatkan basic pengetahuan yang lengkap mengenai account payables dan best practice dalam pengelolaannya.

Metode Pelatihan

  • Pelatihan menggunakan metode ceramah dalam memahami konsep, dan latihan/studi kasus dalam mendalami teknik aplikasinya.
  • Pada sesi terakhir para peserta akan membuat action plan, untuk menentukan rencana yang akan diterapkan setelah kembali ke dunia kerja
